William Buitrago, TPI1 & TPI2

With over 25 years of experience in Colombian golf, William Buitrago brings a blend of seasoned expertise, curiosity, and creativity to every lesson. A former professional player in PGA Colombia tournaments, William transitioned into instruction over two decades ago, teaching at private clubs and serving in key roles within the Colombian Golf Federation’s High-Performance Center—including Director of Junior and Youth Golf Schools.

William’s approach is grounded not in rigid swing models, but in adaptable systems. He combines insights from both classic and modern instructors, including Leadbetter, Sean Foley, Jim McLean, and the TPI philosophy, to design personalized exercises that help each golfer better understand and feel their movement. His passion for teaching is matched only by his commitment to lifelong learning and discovery.
